New chatbot offers uncomplicated support

To make getting started with ISS Nautilus even easier in the future, SQL Service is taking an innovative step: with a new chatbot, we want to make it easier for users to get started with the system - intuitively, directly and without detours. Whether it's about creating a quote or how to create a correction invoice: The chatbot knows the typical challenges when working with our booking system for media sales of digital advertising space and provides the right answers immediately.

This is a real help, especially for new users. The chatbot lowers the inhibition threshold for asking questions and provides support where colleagues or support might otherwise have to be contacted first. Because we know: There are no stupid questions - and certainly none that shouldn't be asked.

The chatbot is currently in beta testing. Project managers, quality assurance and selected customers are putting it through its paces so that the service is available to all users as soon as possible. If you are also interested in contributing to the further development, we cordially invite you to take part in the beta test. Your experience counts - and helps us to make ISS Nautilus even better.
